Walking for exercise was a good start but it was soon not enough for me. I LOVE to lap swim and I have been enjoying the gym in our community as well. Now I am beginning to run a few times a week which is great because to be able to run again was a goal of mine. I also bought two biggest loser DVDs (yoga and boot camp) that are led by Bob and they are great! Today Dan and I began to clean out the garage which included four bins of "skinnier" clothes from the past years. I was able to fit into some of my stuff and have some cute former clothes to look forward to when I lose a few more pounds. Well that is all for now!

We're cheering for you, Elizabeth! Just think of our 5 faces yelling, "You can do it! You can do it!" Thanks for letting us in on your success! :)
you can do it!!! way to go... whenever i am working out and i begin to think "i dont think i can do this," i try to immediately replace it with "I can and I will." that's my two cents that seems to help me out when the workouts get tough! I wish we lived closer and could work out together a few days a week! I am proud of you-- I have the Jillian boot camp video and think it is amazing-- you will have to let me know what you think of the Bob videos!
Thanks for the encouragement! I am big on chanting positive phases to myself, especially when running!
Cool. Keep it up. It's encouraging reading your post. I have to work out right now but I totally don't feel like it. So if your going to "bring it" then so will I. =)
Good job Ben! I went for a 3 mile jog last night at 9:30pm because I needed to get a quick workout in. No excuses, no skipping!
